Liquors- ex. Wine, brandy, vodka, tequila, beer etc. Foods- sisig, sea foods, cornicks, junk foods, etc. Drinks-juice, soft drinks, coffee, mineral water, iced tea

etc. Videoke Booth-that can play different songs and music. Personal Waiter-that will serves our dear customer

courteously. This can be the highlights of our business that can

make us unique and rare, so we can gave our best to serve our customers.

LOCATION The Jecas Bar and Videoke of the proposed

business will be located at Scout Borromeo Tomas Morato Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

The site was chosen because of the strategic location, where potential target market is high. Also, the location is accessible to various people that always hang-out.

The proposed business will be easily recognized because it is exposed along the Tomas Morato corner Scout Borromeo.

The CEO is in changed in handling the BOD (Board of Directors). And responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitor the business.

In charged for the financial matters. It is also responsible in book keeping function of the business, payment of materials purchased and managing back accounts of the corporation.

In charged in dealing with suppliers and managing promotional activities of the business.

In charged for the service flow, of the business.
