Most Immigrants from Saskatoon comes from private schools or have been through the private schooling in Pakistan. Talk about the quality of each type:

Street private schools are privately owned schools fees around 71 rupees/month/child about $1/day/day; teachers are not trained but better than public where kids only get 15 minutes of instruction in schoolFranschise private schools follow a lot of international standards - $80/month or 5000 rupees/childGrammar school - $5000 -$8000/year/child you would want your child to go to this school if you are a canadian. Most immigrant students come from 1 & 2 24ECONOMIC TIES

An average pakistani wouldnt be able to afford a private school. If you are a parent sending your child to school to a privately owned school the fees is around 71 rupees a month which make up about 8% of your monthly salary for one child.
