VThe Independent Power Producers Association of India (IPPAI) & Independent Power Producers Association of Asia (IPPAA) team and all associates would like to pay homage to Mr Hilal A Raza, a man of great vision who is no more.

It was his vision that we have initiatives like this workshop, to increase interaction between the SAARC member countries so as to take cross border trade in the region to the next level. He worked with an objective to encourage and enhance electricity trade and make 24X7 power available in all the member states at an affordable price. IPPAI & IPPAA teams rededicate ourselves to carry this objective forward. As a tribute to Mr Hilal Raza we continue to work on our initiatives to promote cross border trade of electricity and take the mission forward.

His presence will always be missed. May the Almighty rest his soul in peace.
