HARDWARE DESIGNThescannerstandisdesignedtoconnectdirectlytothe printerstandtocreateaone-piece structurethathelpsreducethetotalfootprintoftheiPFMFP.Thestandgivesyoutheflexibilitytouseasan“all-in-one”configurationorbesetupasanindependentscannerstand.Therealsoareoptionsforthemonitorpositionincorporatedintothenewdesign.Youcanchoosewhichsideofthestandtoplacethemonitorandwhethertouseastraightoraswingarm.Whenusingtheswingarm,youcanchoosebetweentwoheightoptions.Thissingle-standdesigneliminatestheneedtomovetheprinterandscanner,piecebypiece,whensettinguporrelocatingtheMFP.TheintegratedFlat Stacker/Basketprovidesthecapabilitytoneatlystackuptotwenty24”x36”plainpaperprints.Thebasketcanbeconfiguredasaregularbasket,asmallstacker, oralargerflatstacker/basket.

EMBEDDED SECURITYAnewinterface lock systemenhancesthesecurityfunctionsoftheprinter.Thisfeatureprovidesanoptionforadministrativecontroltorestrictusagetotheprinter.TheimagePROGRAFiPF765printerisequippedwithaharddriveerasefeature thatcompletelyerasesdatasenttotheprinterfromtheprinter’sharddisk.Thishighest level of erasuremeetsthe U.S.DepartmentofDefenserequirements(DoD5220.22-M) forerasureofdiskmedia.

CIS SCANNING TECHNOLOGYTheimagePROGRAFiPFMFPusesCIStechnologytocapturethefinestimagedetailintechnicaldocuments,maps,sketches,hand-annotateddrawings,andcomplexschematics.Withtrue 600-dpi optical resolution,youcanachieveexceptionalmonochromeperformancewithverysharp,cleanimagesaswellashigh-definitioncolorreproduction.Anddynamicpreviewensuresthatscansandcopiesmatchoriginalhard-copydocumentseverytime.
