Movie BackgroundQuasimodo, the disfigured bell ringer of Notre Dame
Cathedral, is locked away in the bell tower with only
gargoyles to keep him company. Quasimodo longs to
be with other people which leads to his escape and
encounter of a gypsy, Esmeralda. When the gypsy
catches the attention of Quasimodo’s guardian,
Claude Frollo, Quasimodo must help to keep her out
of his reach.
