I nomi delle 8 camere sono ispirati agli alberi a foglia cadu-ca dei nostri boschi: sicomoro, tiglio, olmo, betulla, casta-gno, salice, pioppo, faggio.

I materiali utilizzati esaltano il tatto, la natura che circonda il nostro hotel rilassa la mente con una vista fantastica, l’aromaterapia che avvolge la camera e il bagno con fra-granze che esaltano le varie stagioni stimolano l’olfatto.

Eco-suite L’Ontano The green suite L’OntanoUna suite racchiusa in un guscio eco-sostenibile immerso in un’oasi di verde e pace, in perfetta simbiosi con la natura che avvolge il Cadelach. L’ospite speri-menta una nuova forma dell’abitare e del vivere green. Il progetto Green_Zero: linee semplici e pulite abbinate ad un tocco di colore sono alla base della suite “naturalmente chic”.

L’area letto è finalizzata al benessere fisico grazie al suo sistema di reti indipen-denti, mobili, regolabili in varie altezze e posizioni che consente di adattarsi alle varie esigenze e a ogni postura personale. L’area bagno è caratterizzata da un taglio della struttura che ingloba una betulla preesistente, divenendo parte integrante e suggestiva dello spazio interno.

As for function rooms and business meetings, our small conference room can accomodate up to 25 people and is equipped with projection screen, chairs with table, flip chart, video projector and WiFi connection. Ristorante Il Magnader

Ristorante invernale aperto da ottobre ad aprile. Il calore del focolare a vista, la pietra e il legno primeggiano nel creare un’atmosfera magica. Il cliente può scegliere tra le suggestive salette: il privé, il “Canton dei Panci” (l’angolo dei sazi) e la vecchia enoteca. La cucina è quella che rispetta le tradizioni, che vizia il cliente dal momento in cui arriva con un entrè del giorno, per deliziarlo infine con la piccola pasticceria della casa. Il menù è curato nella scelta e nelle proposte. Fa da padrona la carne cotta alla brace con la ben nota “Fiorentina” o la costata nostrana, l’agnello dell’Alpago… Ma non mancano scelte alternative come la selezione di formaggi accompagnati da mostarde, i formaggi cotti alla griglia o ancora i piatti di selvaggina locale. Pesce su prenotazione.

Winter restaurant open from September to May. The warm feeling given by the fireplace, stone and wood decorations are out-standing elements and help creating a magic atmosphere. Every guest can choo-se one of the many fascinating rooms: the private area, the “Canton dei Panci” (corner of the sated) and the old wine bar. The cuisine is inspired to tradition, it will satisfy every guest from the moment they enter the restaurant with delicious appetizers of the day and will delight them with home made patisserie. The menu is carefully selected in its range of proposed dishes. Grilled meat is the main character, the famous “Chianina” (breed of cattle) or the home made rib steak, the Alpago area lamb and so on… Guests can also choose among other selected alternatives, such as a selection of cheeses served with mustards, grilled cheeses or local game dishes. Ristorante La BarachetaRistorante estivo aperto da maggio a settembre. La suggestiva atmosfera del Magnader è ricreata d’estate in un ristorante immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla piscina. Feste a tema e degustazioni di vini vengono periodicamente proposte, rendendo le serate tipicamente festose e allegre. La temperatura ideale e le fresche brezze rendono ancora più piacevole l’intrattenimento. Insieme ad essa, d’estate apre anche al pubblico il bar esterno, per vivere l’Happy Hour nella pace e nel verde del parco dell’albergo.

Summer restaurant, open form May to September. The fascinating atmosphere of the “Magnader” is recreated in the summertime in a restaurant surrounded by the green with a wonderful view on the swimming pool. Parties and wine tasting are periodically proposed and give a merry and joyful touch to summer nights. The ideal air temperature and the fresh breeze of the summer make the entertainment even more pleasant. In addition to the Baracheta, in the summer time an outside bar opens as well, to make guests enjoy the Happy Hour in the green peaceful frame of the hotel garden.
