The Competition will commence at 6-30 p.m., and the judging will take place at 8-30 p.m.

Conditions. I. .\ny Competitor leaving his mark before the report of the

pistol ll'i ll be put back at the discretion of the starter. 2. Any Competitor giving a false description of previous perform­

ance will be disqu alified.

J· In all events 3 to start or no race, and 4 to start or no second prize.

4. Any person lodging an objection must deposit 2s. 6d. with the Secretary, which will be forfeited if the objection be termed frivolous.

5. C0111petitors are requested to dress in the:: p lace appointed by the Committee, the stewards will call names of Competitors before each event, and they must be prompt on their mark as no delay will be allowed .

6. The J udges w ill regulate the contests, and their dec ision will be final.

7. No person allowed in the enclosure except competi tors and s tewards, unless pusher off in b icycle r.1ces.

8. Any Competitor w ilfully jost ling or hindering a nother, or behaving in an ungen tlemanly manner, will be d isqualified , and not a llowed to compete a_gain.

9. Any Competitor using ob5cene lan,guage or interfering with the officials will be disqualified.

ro. The Committee reserve the power to postpone the sports in case of wet weather.

11. On no account will entrance fees be returned, nor will expenses be allowed to Competitors.

I.2. Every Competitor shall be provided with a card bearing a number to be worn conspicuously during each competition, and each competitor must apply to the number steward a t least 5 minutes before the time of the races.
