3.-The Committee reserve to themselves the power to make any alteration in the programme, and their decision shall be final in all cases of dispute.

SAND MODELLING ·coMPETITION.

ELEVEN PRIZES are offered for the Best Illuminated Sand Models.

The Competition will commence at 6-30 p.m., and the judging will take place at 8-30 p.m.

Competitors to be under 16 years of age.
