• Look at the health continuum on pg 5 of your text. Reflect on where on the health continuum you fall for physical, mental/emotional, social, and vocational health?• On a half sheet of paper, write down three

specific actions you could take to move yourself closer to “wellness” on the health continuum. You do not need to include your name. Please turn in to the box when you are finished.
