Our system still leaves many without access to medical care.

We decided we wanted to make a difference.

We Will be Very BusyWith 500 Patients per Day

Medical-patients can be examined by a variety of medical specialists about their conditions:• Blood pressure testing• Diabetes screenings• Prescriptions• Referrals for follow-ups and treating more serious

illnesses

Extensive Dental Clinic• X-Rays• Dental Surgery• Fillings and Reconstructions• Dental Cleaning

We NeedYour Help

Recruiting VolunteersLocal Medical Professionals Will be Needed. However, some will be coming

from CCF and around the Country to help.

We need 50 to 80 Medical Professionals

• MD’s, RN’s, LVN’s, and EMT’s• Phlebotomists and Medical Assistants• Oral Surgeons, Dentists, Dental Assistants and

Hygienists• Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Opticians and

Ophthalmic techs• Acupuncturists, Chiropractors and Other Specialists

Volunteers Needed From the General Public

About 200 Volunteers Needed Each Day

• 50 people per day to set up and break down• People are needed to:– Register patients and volunteers– Escorting patients– Helping vision patients choose glass frames– Interpreters for patients– A variety of other duties

Food For The Volunteers

Food donations are needed from:• Grocery stores• Restaurants• Organizations

We need volunteers for the preparation and serving of breakfast and lunch for each day of the clinic

The more money we can raise, the better clinic we’ll have, and the more likelihood CCF will return for future clinics.

Some ways to raise funds:

* Organizations can donate or do a fundraiser

* Churches can tithe * Individuals and businesses can do a tax deductible
