Wastes

Transboundary

Amendment Rules,

They

shall

come into

force on the

date of their

publication

in the Official

Gazette.

particulars

of

the

actual

users along with

quantities

the

concerned

State

Pollution

Control

Board on a

quarterly

basis

shall be inserted.
