Directions From Ascot High St, turn down Station Road, continuing through South Ascot into Brockenhurst Road. Take a left hand turn into St Mary’s Hill, then left into Woodend Road. The Glade will be found a short distance along on the right hand side. Proceed up through the private gates the private enclave where the three houses will be found.

The GladeThe Glade is set in an elevated private enclave of just 3 homes, set back off a 70-metre private drive from Woodend Drive. The properties are surrounded by woodlands and mature gardens.

The site consists of three individually designed properties set on their own plots of approximately 0.5 acre each. Approached via a private gated road with electronic gates, each property is fenced and gated individually and each house has paved driveways, with paths leading to landscaped rear gardens with full width terrace, outside lighting, with good sized well maintained lawns flanked with by mature hedging and trees.

These luxurious homes have been hand crafted and traditionally built to the highest specification, with each property extending to over 7,000 sq ft.

Home Automation

• Control 4 System

An I-Light mood lighting system has been installed into the Drawing Room, Dining Room, Kitchen /Breakfast/Family Rooms, Study, Master Bedroom and suites, Hall, Landing and some external lighting. The control 4 System will allow the lighting system to be controlled by the central in wall touch screen controller.

There is wiring for multi room audio via ceiling speakers, and a central music hub has been installed with fitted speakers to Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen and Master bedroom.

The house is wired for HD TV distribution to all TV points, with Sky+ satellite to Family, Drawing room and Bonus room. A UHF/VHF/DAB aerial, and sky satellite are pre-installed.

The underfloor heating system is controlled in each room via touchscreen thermostatically controlled programmers.

The property benefits from a fitted mains connected smoke alarm system and a fully installed NACOSS approved interior alarm system linked to an internal and external audible device.

A control 4 gate entry system is installed to control access to the property from the entrance road.

A CCTV camera is located by the front door, and prewired four additional points around the externals of the house, all being enabled with the Control 4 system.

External Finishes

All properties are laid with patio’s and paths of sawn sandstone, each of which is a bespoke design. This also goes for the driveways, which have been laid with paviors to complement the house style.

External lighting has been fitted to drives, gate piers and external walls, to compliment and reflect the surroundings of the houses and site.

Extensive landscaping has been laid to complement the existing mature features of the plots that the properties are sited on.
