THE GIFT

Teacher asked who ever likes gift may please raise hand .

Every student raised hand

The teacher brought several gift packs

The students are very anxious to receive their favourite gifts

The teacher finally distributed all the gifts

Every student is rejoicing with the gifts

Every one is anxious to know what was there in the gift pack

With the teacher’s permission every body opened gift packs with out any delay

Just see the joy in their faces when the gift is unpacked

Oh what is that ? Every one received only a piece of blank paper in their gift pack

These are those pieces of blank papers that every body received in the gift pack

No body knows why such a gift was given .Every body looked at the teacher in surprise

The teacher brought an empty frame and asked to hang those pieces of paper on it

All the papers are hanged to the frame

Now the teacher brought water in some jars and asked the students to pour water on the frame

What a wonderful scene ! As water was poured ,every piece of blank paper appeared like this .

As you have seen ,the same gift is arranged in different packs for you all. Although the inner

content is same , due to the difference in out ward appearance you thought that they are all separate.

Now the teacher told ,if I ask you to pick up one unit from each of these items you will not differentiate and ask for a choice. Because you know that all the items of a group are alike as they have the same inner content .

Similarly all human beings may look different in different ways but all of them have the same inner content that is the spark of divine love which is the gift given to every living being by birth.

The spark of LOVE that we find in every living being

IN THE FORM OF LOVE, GOD HAS OFFERED HIMSELF AS GIFT TO US . HENCE LOVE IS THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT GIVEN TO MAN KIND

See the existence of His eternal love in all living beings

Experience His eternal love in all walks of life

We are living in a vast world

Which is having several countries

Which is having several religions

Which is a home for people of different colors , languages , religions, castes , tribes etc

What ever may be their nature and form all living beings have this same divine LOVE in them

Experience and express this divine LOVE within and around you

The purpose of life on earth is in the expression of this divine love

Let us make the world a nursery of Divine Love

Communal harmony is the index of a civilized society

From today onwards let us experience this divine gift which GOD has given us in the form of LOVE by birth .Let us share it with all others in the world
