3.1 Construction Industry Overview

For a period characterized by a financial crisis and weak economies, the Egyptian construction industry performed strongly, growing by a significant annual average rate of XX% during 2008–10. This was accomplished by the various stimulus packages introduced by the Egyptian government during this period.
