This blended-learning Executive Education programme provides in a highly condensed version the essence of what a modern manager needs
to fulfil their highest expectations. The key topics in management education are taught either through distance learning materials or on Campus at
Frankfurt School: Leadership, Strategy and Innovation, Economics of the Firm, Marketing, Human Resource and Operations as well as Accounting.
The programme is delivered by our Frankfurt School faculty and leading experts from our vast professional network. It builds on over 50 years of
teaching and research experience at Frankfurt School one of Germanys top-ranked business schools.
The Frankfurt School Mini MBA certificate programme is designed for middle and senior managers from banks and corporates or any other
organizations where management skills are required and who want to improve their leadership and management skills in a time effective manner.
First academic degree or at least three years of professional experience to be proofed by submitting your CV.

2 The FrankFurT Mini MBa
The Programme Structure
No matter where you live or how demanding your schedule is, you can develop and refine your key business skills with our Mini MBA.
The programme provides a solid foundation in business and management practices over a period of 5 8 months with an overall time investment
of around 20 days. During the preparation phase, you will be self-studying with our textbook in order to take the final exam. Interactive online sessions
and tests as well as our online forum will enhance your learning success. A leadership self-assessment for your personal leadership style and feedback
will help you to improve and develop your leadership skills successfully.
On one week on campus at Frankfurt School in Germany, you will be exposed to cutting edge research insights, practical exercises and receive
individual coaching. It is mandatory to participate in only one week (5 Days) of your choice out of the four weeks provided. Each week will consist of
interactive lectures, cases studies, role plays and customized exercises. Finally, after the week on campus, you will work on one extended business case
study of 8 10 pages as your final project. That can be from your personal business environment or it will be provided by Frankfurt School.

Week 1: Leading with Impact
Learning Target
During the Leading with Impact course participants will learn the essentials of leadership and what defines a leader. Participants will understand the
complexity of leadership by using the Complex Leadership Model (CLM). They will also analyze their own leadership style and identify key success factors
by using the Complex Leadership Assessment Tool (CLA). After attending this seminar, participants will understand process of team development and
will be able to identify factors to build effective teams. Moreover, participants understand different change processes in organizations and the role of
organizational culture while implementing change. They will also enhance their intercultural negotiations skills as well as their strategic and global
leadership thinking.
