The list of attendees at the pre-bid job walk on August 31 is attached. Questions Received: 1. Have the buildings been tested for lead and asbestos?

Lead and asbestos were tested for. The report is available in the specs.

2. How do we get specification substitution requests to the architect? Is it only by mail? Generally, there is a fax number or an email address to send to.

A revised substitution form is attached.

3. When will substitution requests be approved? A final addendum will be issued on September 15th with approved substitutions.

4. I am looking at bidding the card access and the video. Do I bid that to bidding general contractors or directly to the BHA? If I am bidding directly, does my7 bid include the electric lock on the doors for the card access? You will need to provide your bid to bidding general contractors. You will find a list of those contractors who attended the job walk and are eligible to bid attached to this addendum.
