Every 3 months you should be asking all your clients for 1 referral. Ask them personably rather than a public email or post. Another great way to do

this is to send your clients a gift card for one friend and if ti’s redeems your client gets a reward too.

Referral System because you’re an amazing trainer and your clients just need a simple way to telltheir friends about you

to you. I give all my students the challenge of starting 5 conversations per day with people they could possibly work with.

You shouldn’t just be creating content for content sake. Make it easy for your audience to take action on your content by regularly adding a “soft” call

to action. My favourites to start conversations are “does that make sense” “reply to this email if you’d like more help with this” “PS. here are 4 ways I

can help you further” If you’re posting regularly you should be asking people to take an action regularly. If you don’t post content regularly then you

can’t ask for something regularly.
