Desde hace años Viptronic llevamarcando nuevas pautas en el controlde calidad para la flexografía. Graciasa la cuarta generación de Vipflex, elVipflex 334 con software “Flexo Eye”,Viptronic vuelve a establecer un nuevoestándar en la impresión flexográfica.

El Vipflex 334 permite al usuarioreconocer en cuestión de segundos elvalor tonal, las líneas/pulg. y líneas/cm,tamaño de puntos (dot size) en µm2,factor “Edge”, factor “Dot void” y“Mottling” en planchas flexográficas,películas e impresos finales, con el finde poder decidir objetivamente si elcliché puede ser utilizable y si sucalidad es satisfactoria. Con el video-micrómetro integrado se pueden medirla pendiente del borde, la profundidad,el diámetro y las dimensiones linealesen cm/pulg. de los puntos en cualquierposición del cliché.

El software “Flexo Eye” consiente medirtanto tramas AM, FM y estocásticasen impresos como también tramas(híbridas) “Samba” en planchasflexográficas. La ampliación con“zoom”, el cálculo y almacenamientode los datos característicos, así comola impresión de la toma de planchasse llevan a cabo mediante un simpleclic del ratón.
