The Five Tibetan Rites A DAILY PRACTICE FOR POWERING UP THE CHAKRAS CLEANSING BREATHS Take 2 breaths (inhale through nose, make an “o” with your lips and exhale slowly). SPINNING Arms straight out, spin in the direction water drains out of sink. Focus on the leading hand. 1) CLEANSING BREATHS CLEANSING BREATHS CLEANSING BREATHS CLEANSING BREATHS 2) LEG LIFTS Hands under pelvis, gaze down nose; inhale, lift straight legs and head, chin to chest; exhale lower legs. 3) CAMEL POSE Hands on tops of hamstrings, inhale into back arch, gaze third eye; exhale back up, chin to chest, gaze down nose. 4) TABLE TOP Inhale to table top, gaze at third eye; exhale back, chin to chest, gazing down nose. Swing hips back and through arms, if possible. 5) UP / DOWN DOG Start down dog, exhale to up dog, gaze to third eye; inhale to down dog, gaze down nose, tucking chin.
