All forum delegates reserving a room at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver will be automatically entered into hotel booking draws including the chance to win an airline ticket (value is 25,000 Aeroplan points).

(Note: Airline ticket is equivalent to one return Air Canada/Star Alliance airline ticket anywhere in North America based on availability. The Forum will also feature a Trade Show and the I-Nations Trade Procurement Event. These events include the traditional trade show format complemented by a forum for the corporate and business sector to arrange meetings on-site regarding contracting and procurement opportunities. The events are incorporated into the agenda and will include specific time on the delegate’s agenda for this activity. The cost of registration for a Trade Show Booth is $1200.00 + GST.

REGISTRATION

To facilitate registration, all participants and groups are encouraged to pre-register and pre-pay. Please complete the registration form included in this document, and fax it to the Assembly of First Nations, attention Suzanne Campeau at 613-241-5808. Registration forms and payment must be received by February 1, 2016 to ensure processing prior to Forum. After this date, please register on-site with your payment.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable after January 18, 2016. An administration fee of $50.00 will apply for all cancellations.

On-site registration will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
