Heroes of our time

The firefighters of the 11th September are all heroes. They puts their lives in danger to rescue people trapped in the World Trade Center, and made the ultimate sacrifice.There were firemen rushing into the building as the others people were leaving. It was very clear that they were being heroic, doing their jobs. Because of the courage and heroism of these firefighters, many people got to safety. Approximately 250 firefighters sacrificed their own lives to save others.

Their actions will never be forgotten.

ACHIEVEMENT

Firemen were still searching for survivors under the scrap pieces. What they did was extremely courageous. A lot of firemen came out from all over America to help the other firemen because of the difficulty for going inside the building and they were so many people in danger. Many of them died but also so many was saved through the firemen.

Our heroes have saved many

people out of the WTC and the

Pentagon. When the WTC

buildings were collapsing there

were many people and firemen

in the building and most of them

were killed. Even after that, the

firemen did not want to stop

looking for survivors, and then

finally find more of them. They

not only saved lives, they also

were trying to put out the fire

and trying to find a solution to

get out all the people out of the

buildings.

PERSONAL OPINION

Sophie: I think there were real heroes

because they never think about there own

lives but just saving people, that’s make

them special.

Nessrine: I think being a hero means saving

lives. They all have a lot of courage for this

achievement.

Thibaut: It’s an really impressive job and

they were incredible when they’re all going

inside the building for rescue survivors.

Cassandra: This Firemen are brave, risk her own

life to saved strangers must be something

difficult to do and I admire them for that.
