amazing couples like you, we wouldn’t be able to

do what we do.

We made everything from this point on as simple

and fun as possible. The info in this document

will explain everything from A to Z and as easy

as ABC - so keep this in a safe and handy place.

A S T E P BY S T E P G U I D E F O R A M A N G O WO R K F LOW:

• Book Mango Studios as your photographer (Done!)

• We have set up a personalized web portal with all your

wedding photography package information and sent you your

password to access it in this email. If you’d like to make

changes to your wedding info, questionnaire, and billing info,

you can do it there!

• You can place your deposit payment over the phone by credit

card, e-transfer(info@mangostudios.com) or in studio by

debit.

• 3 months before the wedding(or earlier!): Schedule your

engagement session.

• If you’d like to order any prints such as Save The Date cards,

fine art prints and guest signing books, they must be ordered

at least three weeks in advance.

• 5 weeks before the wedding: Complete your online wedding

worksheet. It will help your photographer to better prepare

for your Big Day.

• 1 month before the wedding: Set up a meeting with your

photographer to go over your wedding day plans, vision and

photography location ideas.

• It’s time to celebrate! Have fun on your wedding day!

• 6 weeks after the wedding: We will invite you for a big

Reveal to show you your wedding photos! We will also show

you cool art pieces that we can create with your pictures.

We love making our signature editorial books and coffee table wedding

albums and we think we make the best ones in the business! Follow

these easy steps to make the process simple, fast, and fun!

Designing Your Album

H OW TO O R D E R YO U R A L B U M

• Once you have picked up your wedding photos, we will

send you an album questionnaire where we will ask you

about your design and photo preferences.

• After we receive your answers, it will take us about two

weeks to get an album design ready for you to view.

• When in doubt, leave it up to the experts - we will take all

the work off your hands and design a beautiful album for

you. If you don’t have time to fill the questionnaire, leave

it up to us.

• Once we have an initial design ready for you, we will set

up an appointment in the studio for you to come and see

your album. You will meet our designer who will help you

customize your book. The album customization session

should take about one hour. We also encourage you to

bring family and friends, too!

D E S I G N I N G Y O U R A L B U M

• Complete any outstanding album changes at home

promptly using our online album design portal. Please

allow one week for changes to be completed.

• Once you finalize your design, please allow two to three

months turnaround time for production and printing of

your album. This involves finalizing the album for printing,

binding and shipping back to our studio.

• Enjoy your beautiful book for years to come!

NOTES ON ALBUM DESIGN: All albums are fully retouched

for color, sharpness, and contrast.

We love making prints! There is nothing like holding a beautiful custom print

in your hands. Follow these easy steps to order your custom Mango prints!

How to Order Prints

O R D E R I N G P R I N T S

• We only accept orders with the proper file naming -

we have to organize thousands of photos, so please

reference your picture by file name only. Ex: A-001

• Send email to service@mangostudios.com with the

image number you’d like to print. Please include the

size and what kind of prints you’d like to order.

• All payments for prints must be put through before

we go ahead with the order. Payments can be made

over the phone by credit card, e-transfer or in studio

by cheque, or debit.

• Allow at least two weeks for any print order to be

complete. We are a small number of hands putting

a lot of time into everything we do - so please be

patient!

NOTE: Print credits within packages expire one year

after your wedding. So please send in your order ASAP.
