CAROLE MOLLARD With 20+ years experience as a recruitment researcher, Carole provides the critical link between the recruiter and potential candidates being considered for particular recruitment assignments. Carole has established a vast field of contacts over many years and possesses an astute understanding of business ethics, search methodologies and research techniques. A previous executive in international fashion merchandising and retail operations, Carole understands business and can communicate at all levels.
