Improve runway safety by preventing runway incursions

• This objective aims at implementing principles contained in the European Action Plan for the prevention of runway accidents, by identifying and eliminating the risks of runway incursions;

Most important SLoA(s)

• The most important SLoA is ASP01 - Establish a local Runway Safety Team and implement General principles contained in the European Action plan for the prevention of runway incursions;

• This SLoA requires a Runway Safety Team to be established and maintained in order to lead action on local runway safety issues;

• All other SLoAs require implementation of a number of recommendations related to various domains and by different stakeholders (to be decided which SLoAs are relevant at local level).
