The Regional Secretariat:
• ensures liaison with all countries;
• assists countries in assessing their needs;
• analyzes and elaborates project proposals;

• organizes regular Round-Table Meetings of the NFPs; and
• promotes the best practices of the “CBRN Champions”.

Key Tasks: • Collection of local situation assessment and training priorities •

Creation of a Platform to implement the e‐learning (open source tools that will be
available after the end of the project) and creation of an e‐library •
