you’ve gotthis. We are so honored to welcome you to the Rollins community! As you begin your college journey, you’ll discover that we are inspired by our students. Our Rollins community is focused on your success and we look forward to helping you explore your dreams, accomplish your goals, and thrive! At Rollins, you’ll find that we don’t separate learning inside or outside of the classroom. Our goal is to help you ignite your passion for learning and discover your full potential by gaining new knowledge and experiences. has to offer—become involved in a leadership or community engagement program, take part in challenging classroom discussions, join a club or cultural group, attend athletic or arts events, spend time abroad, enroll in an internship course, or collaborate with a faculty member on original scholarship. We will help you #FindYourAnchor through our network of connected academic, student service, and social programs. We want you to know that we are here to support you, so don’t hesitate to seek out care and assistance! If you have any questions or need help during your transition to Rollins, please contact the Dean of Students/Student and Family Care office at 407-646-2345 or [email protected]. Starting college is such a big milestone in your life, and I want you to know that you are joining the Rollins community at one of our most exciting points in history.

You’ll notice several building projects all designed to make your tomorrow brighter. Our dining hall is currently undergoing a complete renovation, and when complete in September, you’ll enjoy fresh options and live cooking demonstrations (not to mention a student favorite, Buffalo Chicken Salad Wednesdays!), all in a modern, relaxed setting.

In addition to the new dining hall, you will be among the first this spring to experience the transformation of Kathleen W. Rollins Hall. At the center of it all, Rollins Hall will bring together our most important curricular-enhancing programs, such as Career and Life Planning, Study Abroad, Competitive scholarships, Student Media and the Social Entrepreneurship Hub. Rollins Hall will not only be a space for gathering in the new Fox Den with your friends and faculty, but will be the place where all of the components of your Rollins education come together to allow you to chart your own path to a meaningful life and productive career.

Last but not least, the building of our brand-new lakeside residential complex will continue throughout this year. While construction of the new hall has put some constraints on our housing for first-year students, once complete, this state-of-the-art residential space will provide an outstanding lakeside living experience. The new lakeside residential complex will focus on community and wellness, giving you private space surrounded by exciting communal spaces, all focused on supporting your health and well-being.

I’m thrilled that you have chosen Rollins as the place to call home for the next four years and that you will be part of this exciting period of transformation.

Fiat Lux!

The Dean of Religious Life acts as the pastor of the College. There are weekly workshop services, classes on Scripture and Theology, marriage counseling and visits to the sick. The Dean also performs marriages, baptisms, funerals and memorial services for members of the Rollins community. The Dean also coordinates a wide array of activities that provide a distinct aspect of student life here at Rollins. The Dean also provides pastoral and personal counseling to staff and students, regardless of religious orientation.

Through workshop, study groups, fellowship, Bible studies and retreats at the chapel, religious life and values are enhanced and students are encouraged to grown in their religious understanding and faithfulness. Religious groups often use the chapel as a meeting place for joint service projects, local community projects, and Special Olympics.

Parent Portal

We are excited to announce the release of the Parent Portal! This system allows students the option to grant parents the ability to view grades and semester course schedules, pay Rollins charges, and access financial aid award information requirements.

The student initiates the process by completing the following steps:

1. Log into FoxLink and complete the “Student Release of Information (FERPA)” form located under the Student tab.

2. Click on “Parent Portal Setup” located below the previous link.

3. Click on “Click Here to Add Parent Portal Account - Step 1.”

4. Proceed to complete the three required registration steps for adding a Parent Portal account:

» Provide your parent’s first name, last name, and email address.

» Indicate the type of relationship.

» Select the type of information you would like to share with your parent.

Once these steps are completed, your parent will receive instructions via email with a temporary pin and additional steps to finalize their Parent Portal account.

Important Notice: It has come to our attention that certain email providers have security features that will disrupt this process. If your parent does not receive any email messages after you have set them up, or they received the email but the embedded link does not work, the providers’ security features are most likely causing this behavior. Please have your parent contact their email provider to see if these features can be adjusted, or use another parent email address from a different provider like Gmail when setting them up.

For technical assistance, please contact the IT Help Desk at 407.628.6363 or [email protected]. We also encourage parents to visit the Rollins parent homepage at rollins.edu/parents for important information, updates, and frequently asked questions.
