What are we talking about?

More than 350 objects are owned and/or managed by

the City of Ljubljana,

most of them have (had) relatively poor energy

performance

SEAP adopted by City of Ljubljana City council in

November, 2011 (defined goals, priorities, tasks and

possible use of different financing schemes).

In the City of Ljubljana the Energy Performance

Contracting (EPC) was not a practice – until now.
