1. The Endocannabinoid System & The New Paradigm: How Can You Deny 600,000,000 years of

Evolution?

Science has proven the existence of the Endocannabinoid System in our human bodies, and in

the bodies of all other mammals as well. The first endocannabinoid receptors to be discovered

in history, slightly before 1960, led to the unveiling of this unique biological system that works in

tandem with all forms of Cannabis.

The real science of the Endocannabinoid System was brought to light by Dr. Raphael Mechoulam

and his colleague Y. Gaoni in Israel in 1964. They had scientifically learned about the effects of

Cannabis, but research had only begun. The studies started yearly, world-wide. The first were

few, about five research papers for the first years, then ten studies per year for a while followed

by 20 studies per year, then 30 and 40, and now over 50 per year.

In the process, the scientists had followed the endocannabinoid receptors in the body and

identified over a hundred endocannabinoids, enzymes, terpenes lipids, and Linoleic acids. 15

years later found Dr. Mechoulam to be considered the master Cannabis researcher in the world,

funded by the U.S. Health and Human Services Department, NIDA, and GW Pharmaceuticals.

The reality of how the Endocannabinoid System works is that the Cannabinoid receptors

function by subtly sensing like radar, and being always ready to pick up the biochemical cues

that are flowing through fluids around each cell.

Humans each have a similar endocannabinoid receptor, and it consists of 472 amino acids

together in a rumpled chain wiggling across cell membranes. Scientists call it the “entourage

effect” because it cascades through the entire Endocannabinoid System like a Queen’s Ladies-in-

waiting procession, healing our whole body in the process.

The Endocannabinoid System always needs cannabinoids to function. Even though it makes

some cannabinoids when needed, the Endocannabinoid System runs on Cannabis. As it does get

Cannabis into itself, the body dynamically activates the Endocannabinoid System. The result is a

natural Homeostasis of the body.

The Endocannabinoid System works parallel with our body’s Immune System. It can heal cancer,

epilepsy, glaucoma, pain, swelling, sleep apnea, nausea, asthma, diabetes, loss of appetite, and

more. It is here to help us; the Endocannabinoid System has been in mammals for over a

600,000,000 years, and we know Cannabis has been here for 34,000,000 years.

Accepting and working with our Endocannabinoid System is now crucial. Since the steam engine,

our world has been in what is called an Industrial Revolution, which has actually created the

environmental problem we call “Climate Change”, and has caused a major health problem from

all the toxic pollution—inside and outside our bodies.

Consequently, we now have compromised our Immune System and we have not been feeding

our Endocannabinoid System with Cannabis. Unless we change the polluted environment, and

eat healthy food, including Hempseed and Hempseed oil as well as cannabinoids—then we will

not only die, but our children will suffer painful repercussions.

Which brings us to the 2nd principle: Healthy Food.

2. Food for a dying civilization.

Once upon a time, all natural food was Organic. There were very few pollutants around at the

time of the brave colonialists, who fought and won the first democratic government of the

modern era.

Besides food, we consider water as food and nourishment too. However, because of the Fossil

Fuel Industrialization, we have polluted most of our inland waters and are quickly destroying all

the oceans, and all the life in them. Scientists have proven that the oceans are absolutely being

devastated. The complex marine life in our oceans, the coral reefs and the deep-sea creatures

are dying—to the point that we will lose the fragile eco-balance of our planet soon.

The Nuclear radiation from Japan’s damaged power plants has reached our shores now. Our

animal milk is getting contaminated by it. Our science on radiation is bleakly predicting many

problems from runaway nuclear radiation crossing the oceans. Fish are contaminated, even

getting dangerously manic and confused by the climate change.

Perhaps next to radiation is the GMO that is forced upon us. No one really knows the long-term

results of GMO food. Many people assume Monsanto is hiding the truth, because they are not

releasing any proof, or test studies, on the actual nourishment in the GMO effects on our food.

We do know that Monsanto confiscates crops and farms that have had the GMO pollinate them.

We also know that the company is heavily lobbying and funding politicians to keep the GMO

legally allowed; and they still refuse to label GMO products for some reason.

Interestingly, Organic food is more popular every day. The dire humor in it is that the expense of

keeping pollutants out of food, costs more than growing them naturally—like we used to.

The other factor to consider is that the food is transported sometimes thousands of miles, which

causes a high cost on the environment with the transportation pollution. 50 years ago Oregon

grew 50% of the food consumed in the state. Today, less than 5% of Oregon’s food is grown

locally. Bananas and coconuts are sent here now from Peru and Mexico daily.

Logic might say “Organic Food” is preventative maintenance. Organic food is healthier for us and

saves health costs further down the road of life. But what about the beef on steroids? Animal

meat was a Madison Avenue gimmick. The many centuries of rural farmers did not have 3 meals

a day with meat. Maybe they ate chicken on Sunday and some cured pork bacon occasionally.

Actually, many of our ancestors who immigrated to America were already eating hemp seeds

before they got here. Hemp seed meal was called “gruel” when cooked for a breakfast, and the

poor people of the world always survived on the protein of the hempseed, which grew almost

everywhere.

Today, modern science has proven that hemp seed and hempseed oil are the highest of all the

plants in Edestin Protein with the best ratio of essential amino acids, anti-oxidants, vitamins,

minerals, enzymes and nutrients.

botanical names. Marijuana on the other hand is a misnomer: Mary Jane, Pot, Chronic, and

Dope are all colloquialisms that are not scientific terms.

Cannabis is the correct botanical name for this plant. Sativa, Indica, Indian hemp, and Industrial

hemp are merely terms for the various uses of Cannabis and the strains that are used for various

types of products.

Only THC has a bad reputation out of all the cannabinoids, mostly because it is the only

psychoactive aspect of Cannabis. ‘Psychoactive’ is very different from ‘intoxicating’ and yet

many people judge someone who is “one toke over the line…” as inebriated, when that state is

actually more like euphoria.

THC overload is easy to tell when you have had too much, you begin to feel paranoid and

anxious. That’s when you tell yourself to calm down and wait for the CBD to mellow the THC,

which it will do.

The truth is as Obama claims, namely; that Cannabis is far less dangerous or harmful than

Alcohol. Many people die of alcohol, but Cannabis has never had any fatalities.

As psychoactive as THC can be, it is now scientifically proven that there is a possibility of harm to

young children and teens taking Cannabis regularly. When the human brain is developing at a

young age it can possibly get traumatized by psychoactive substances. The mind’s thought

process get sloppy and personal growth is needed to get past the dysfunctional effects of it

being permanent or psychologically toxic.

Parents often wail about the danger of Cannabis around their children. Yet, CBD and Charlotte’s

Web have proven that kids can handle strong concentrations of Cannabis when they are young,

especially if they are dying. But it is also true that Cannabis can be disorienting in large doses if

you’re not used to that. The problem is that when young people have not totally developed

their personality, they are vulnerable when in altered states, and confusion is the result.

However, over time, the personality and body mature enough by mid-twenties to take more

care of their personal growth in an intelligent, reasonable manner. Those are the troubled areas

daily or punishment just chases them out the door sooner…food for thought.

4. Medicine is medicine, not “drugs”

Cannabis is the most powerful healing resource for our bodies. It has the ability to give us the

healthiest and most complete protein on the planet. In that protein is the only oil that contains

all the essential amino acids our body needs but cannot make. Not only do they serve the

Immune System, they also have the only perfect ratio of those amino acids in the plant kingdom.

Along with the protein and amino acids, hempseed has the highest concentration of Linoleic and

Gamma linolenic acids of all the plants, they are the only thing known to create optimum health

in the developing brains of young humans.

Only Prostaglandin-2 can create the essential linolenic acids--especially Gamma Linolenic

Acid, and it is in the hemp seed more than any other plant. In many third-world countries,

children are born with no earlobes, and have 1/3rd of their brain missing or not functioning,

Chemo-therapy kills indiscriminately, it does not know what is cancer or food, and the

process of the chemo-therapy kills everything it can. This starts to totally attack the Immune

System, making it dysfunctional. The result is lack of energy, depression, cloudy brain, and

the possibility of dying from the cure that chemo-therapy claims to be.

Medicine begins with food. If we are eating poison food, our body is traumatized and working

overtime to keep healthy. If we keep taking poisons, we will die eventually from the toxic

build-up of them in the body, as the compromised Immune System begins to fail.

Eating healthy foods is essential now due to the toxic environment we live in. Thus many old

people have learned to eat organic foods and to stay away from processed and pesticide

contaminated foods.

Without a doubt, Hempseeds and hempseed oil, added to a raw hi%CBD fresh juice, is the

most intelligent way to heal from our toxic environments’ impact. Daily plant protein beats out

daily meat-eating nowadays. And when you take a few tablespoons a day of hemp seed, you

Then it goes through the roots in good soil; stems and limbs begin to grow leaves and

flowers, which when pollinated will create more seed. All the strains of Cannabis are

dioecious plants, meaning there is a female with the germ of seed, and a male with pollen to

activate the seed germ.

It starts from the seed for each type of end use desired—even if cloning, originally it came

from a seed. Fiber, seed protein, seed oil, and hempcrete might each use seed strains

cultivated for the best results of each manufacturer’s needs in the final product.

Whether it is industrial hemp for products like food, fiber, building materials, oil, bio-diesel,

hempcrete, composites, pressboard, insulation, ceramic tiles, plastics, and others--or

whether it is medicinal; it is all Cannabis, one plant--whether the strain is Sativa, Indica,

Ruderelis, or the legal .03% THC Hemp. It could even be a combination of those strains, or

cultivated for high percentage THC and/or CBD.

It all depends on the end product, the final outcome of the industrial/medicinal/food, as to

what strain of Cannabis you might use, and variations of those strains you might want to

cultivate. For instance you could use the pollen from a male Indica, put it on the female

flowers of Sativa, and create a whole different variety of those strains with different

properties.

Also, what part of the plant you are most focused on leads to by-products. For instance, the

hempseed plants chosen for food seeds are grown and harvested, leaving the stems, leaves

and roots. Those parts could be turned into hempcrete for building, bio char for fertilizing and

water retention; as well as paper, plastic, cardboard, composites, clothing, furnishings, and

even graphene, etcetera.

It is even conceivable that Indica with hi%THC flowers could be stripped off at harvest for

food seeds or medicine, and the skin of the stems stripped off for the fiber, and the core that

is left would be fat, woody material for hempcrete. We should consider this option when

making uni-lateral laws about THC percentages; it must be based on the final outcome

and the end product’s THC level—not the raw plant’s THC level.

In other words, other than the legal THC limits, every Cannabis plant is capable of being

used as industrial hemp for manufacturing a myriad of products. Traditionally there have

been 50,000 products manufactured from hemp. Today, more uses are happening for hemp

to be made into new products like car bodies, guitars, nanotechnology, super capacitors,

electrical conductivity, battery storage, airplanes, warehouses—and more to come…

6. The Past, Present, & Future of Cannabis:

The interesting thing about Cannabis is that mammals had the Endocannabinoid System

556,000,000 years before Cannabis was even here-- and 31,000,000 years before humans

used it. Archeological findings date its use around 30,000 B.C.; and recorded history claims

that the cultivation of Cannabis agriculturally began around 10,000 B.C. when the Chinese

Emperor took interest in it.

The Chinese were able to develop strains of hemp that made bow strings stronger than their

enemies’ and could shoot their arrows much further. It helped them hold their borders for

centuries. The Great Wall of China was built with mixed hemp and lime, which made hemp-

crete to hold the huge Magnesium stones they quarried from the mountains near the wall.

The Romans also used hempcrete to create roads and aqueducts, some of which still stand

today, like China’s Great Wall. There is a 2,000 year-old hemp-crete house in Japan that still

stands and is functional. European houses made of oak timber supports that are centuries

old, have been replacing the weather-worn plaster with plaster made of hempcrete.

Humans found hemp seeds to be nourishing. They easily caught on that the fibers could be

woven into cloth, twisted into string and rope, be made into grain sacks, are a wonderful fire

starter when dry, is strong enough to bear weight of heavy winds, is light enough to easily

carry, and can make a mean whipping stick.

Very rarely was Cannabis prohibited in the past. Even the Old Testament mentions it as a

major ingredient in the “Sacred, Holy Anointing Oil of Kings.” And India never bothered those

who used it religiously for spiritual advancement.

Europe had started to use the Cannabis/hemp fiber more for clothes and created a cloth

called Canvas that would change the world. With canvas sails Europe began huge sea

battles and invaded less technologically civilized countries. Colonialism became a major

industry for European kings to fund and expand their wannabe empires.

The early colonists in America brought hemp with them. In fact, each ship had a sealed

barrel of hemp seeds, as insurance that if the sails and ropes were lost to storms, they could

still plant hemp seeds and grow a crop of fiber to make sails within 3 months.

The American colonists found hemp to be extremely useful in this new wild world of nature.

As they explored and developed farms and bridges, they would also be eating the hemp

seeds, while making clothes, sheets, and blankets from hemp fiber. The farmers found it a

fast and effective way to protect their gardens from deer and other creatures.

They also found the hempseed oil to be a great way to have light at night using a hemp fiber

wick. It later became the main oil for wheels with axels. Together with Conestoga wagons

covered with canvas, the oil allowed the pioneers to make safe and swift journeys across the

vast American prairies and deserts.

Farmers found hemp to make great fodder for the barn animals, and even fed them hemp

seeds. Hot bowls of hemp gruel were often breakfast for the family, and mom would be

teaching the girls to spin the hemp, braid and weave it, and perhaps even create decorative

knots with it. In fact, the sailors had literally tons of ropes and were always mending them,

using many ropes and knots to buffer the wet and slippery parts and railings from storms.

We all know that George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, and John Adams

used Cannabis as Sativa hemp and Indica medicine. Some smoked in the long stem clay

pipes in the colonial coffeehouses as they argued about revolutionary politics.

Jefferson grew it for many uses and even created the “hemp-brake” to help separate the

fiber from the core of the hemp. He also sent his agents to China, so they could steal the

Emperor’s favorite and exclusive seeds at the risk of their lives. Jefferson wrote the

Declaration of Independence on hemp paper and wrote letters to all the farmers about the

benefits of planting hemp, rather than tobacco.

Ben Franklin was a famous and distinguished scientist and inventor, noted and praised by

Europeans even, for discovering that electricity was conducted as lightening through the air,

using his hemp kite and hemp kite string, dangling a metal key on the string. He also started

the 1st U.S. Post Office, built a hemp paper mill, and used Indica.

The only laws on hemp during the colonial era were that 10% of the farmland should be

hemp, and that taxes could be paid with hemp harvests. Very few people smoked hemp

flowers at that time, and alcohol was rampant then.

The Past Brings Us To This Present Moment in History. Because of the prohibition globally,

the biased regulations that are not based on facts or science, the punishing taxes, the lack of

genuine research in the past, the costs of courts and prisons, the deforestation, and water

pollution—are hidden costs and the direct results of our Industrial Fossil Fuel Codependence

causing climate changes.

The 1961 UN Single Treaty Convention has eroded away and is now dysfunctional. Mostly

because of Obama’s decision to allow the states that have laws to go ahead with

implementing Cannabis back into our legal arena. This has caused many countries to

disregard the treaty. Uruguay, Colombia, Tazmania, and dozens more are liberalizing their

drug laws. The Latin American countries, especially, believe that the only way to stop the

drug war is to legalize drugs.

The whole mess is aimed at the 2016 UN Summit to resolve these problems, more on that

later though. For now, let us inventory the present state of Cannabis in this country. After all,

Americans are the main consumers of hemp products already. $400,000,000 per year lately

goes to foreigners farming hemp for us. Whereas farmers here cannot grow it unless their

state has laws allowing it.

The research has exponentially increased on all aspects of Cannabis. More tests that

scientifically and medically prove facts about its abilities, are revealing powerful results on all

fronts. From industrial hemp uses to nutritional and medicinal breakthroughs, this industry is

off to a dynamic and strong start, and will soon be mainstream.

Cancers are being healed, hemp foods are easily available, and now recreational (Adult)

Cannabis as well as medicinal and hemp are being farmed in some states. Colorado is

finding it to be an economic boon, and Kentucky is making products out of it now.

Within 1 year CBD became the main sought after cannabinoid, and desperate parents of

epileptic children moved their families to Colorado for healing. Some states even started with

just CBD laws, because of the publicity it is getting nationally.

Even our President claims Cannabis is not as bad as alcohol, and he claims he didn’t even

inhale it. Allowing the states to blaze the trail, he has created the reality of Cannabis legality.

For the first time in an election year, Cannabis/hemp was a major political point, and voters

chose to vote accordingly. 35 states now have some kind of cannabis legalization.

Right now we are on the verge of another reality, the environmental impacts of climate

change are seriously needing us to consider that Cannabis is the major solution for the toxic

pollution clean-up we so desperately need.

Cannabis/Hemp is the main resource for dealing with carbon, it eats it 5 times faster than

trees because it is carbon neutral and carbon negative, and grows as tall as a tree in 3-4

months, rather than 20-30 years like trees. When made into products, it sequesters the CO2

keeping it from escaping into the atmosphere, and sucks up the carbon around it for

centuries.

It may even be a consideration that we mandate as much Cannabis/Hemp be grown as is

possible, just for the purpose of sequestering CO2.

Our economy is shot from Fossil fuel subsidies and pollutions. Hemp is a local green

sustainable resource mainly. It is not feasible yet to transport it very far without

environmental impacts. But when used as a local community resource, it can provide almost

everything a community needs, and do it in a green sustainable manner.

Industrial hemp has the potential of being annually a trillion dollar economy. The use of it as

a local resource will help pay off those hidden costs we have identified now. Plus it will

create healthy environments, foods, clothing, houses, energy, fuel, and products galore. It

could even play a part in being a currency backing our money again like in the colonial days.

When we consider the future of Cannabis/Hemp, we can see we need more research, and

we need laws that are based on science and proven facts.

Here are some considerations on sensible use of the research now available based on

scientific proof. Notice how the facts reveal how it is the perfect food for humans.

Especially for research purposes, we must not allow any limits on the psychoactive

THC in Cannabis. With cannabinoids and medicinal strains, the .03% THC is not

necessary to punish in such low percentages, it must be on the end product that

the THC is relevant, and 1% levels of THC seem more than appropriate for hemp

laws, as even 5% THC has no psychoactive effect.

Research must not be limited by THC levels, scientists must be allowed access to all

Cannabis strains and THC levels being researched.

We must respect hempseeds and hempseed oil as the most potent and healthiest

human protein possible.

We will need to recognize that the combination of raw hi%CBD and hemp seed oil is

the most potent preventative maintenance for our health, and relate to it on a regular

basis to achieve full homeostasis in our bodies, and clarity in our brains.

We would be smart to make Cannabis/hemp easy financially for farmers to grow it.

It should be treated as most other agricultural crops are, with very low fees and

taxes, and also not many conditions upon it. Possibly even subsidized.

State Agriculture Department must have a Cannabis Department that works in

tandem with the bio-regions for proper scientific and botanical research, for the

balance of the healthy ecology in those regions.

Each region must be staffed with at least one full time employee of the State

Agriculture Department. This person shall be qualified through training and

certification to research & implement Cannabis in their region.

Agricultural education for the farmers in those regions will be facilitated by the

Cannabis/Hemp department of the State agriculture department,

As well as bioregion regulations to protect the regions, the State Agricultural

Department will help farmers with implementation of proper Cannabis strains for the

region, and helping with state cooperative machinery for harvest and manufacturing

of harvests.

Food, medicine, and industrial resources are the first priority. Organic and non gmo

plants are essential to all those.

THC is the only psychoactive cannabinoid, and in the brain there are more THC

receptors than any other receptors. There is probably a reason for this. So, research

on those aspects is needed. The Endocannabinoid System is the back up for the

Immune System, and has the most powerful neuro-transmitter action of delivery for

the various Cannabinoids to be activated in the cells of the body.

Cannabis is the most powerful food for humans, and should be grown abundantly for

its seed protein, which is the protein healthiest for humans to use. Its seed oil is the

most nutritious there is. And in raw juice form Cannabis has more benefits than

anything we eat for health in our bodies.

Raw juice with CBD in high percentages is totally non-psychoactive even if the THC

is present in high percentages, because the THC is not psychoactive in raw form, it

must be heated or dried to be activated. For this reason raw juice from hi%CBD

plants should be legal as a food to use.

CBD in hi-percentages is very potent in its medicinal effects. Natural Homeostasis in

the body is what it can create, when taken in juice form.

Research shows that CBD plants are more profitable per acre than hempseeds.

Medicinal marijuana, recreational marijuana, and adult level marijuana are variations

of THC/CBD acid levels. Hemp is intended as industrial use term and defined by the

U.S. Federal Government as no more than .03% THC. State levels could actually be

as high as 3% and still be non-intoxicating for adults, which is a very low level

compared to the 17-30% THC of medical, recreational, and adult use now.

Industrial hemp manufacturing will allow local green sustainability in our

communities. Combined with other eco-friendly tools like solar power, hemp has the

ability to be bio-diesel, methanol, super capacitors, nano-technology, bio-tech and

graphene.

Bio char is the best fertilizer and water retention process that does not pollute the air.

Hemp makes the best bio-char possible. It must be used for all burning of farmed

fields. When all other product-making materials of hemp have been sold from

harvest, whatever is leftover at all, can be made into bio-fuel or bio-char.

Under the Canadian model, farmers may not plant seeds they have grown, only

purchase them from certain other ‘cultivars’ that the government allows to grow the

seed for all the farmers in Canada. There is no logical rationale that makes sense as

an agricultural crop that hempseeds that were grown by the farmer would be

prohibited to the farmer to use in his next harvest. In America, a person’s property is

protected, and their agricultural rights to those properties are protected as well.

There is no scientific reason that makes sense in any traditional manner that the

hemp seed you bought and grew, you would not have the right to grow the seeds

from it later too. After all, if the farmer purchases corn seeds, he can plant the corn

seeds he harvests next year from his harvest this year. The common law is farming

your property is agriculturally your harvest, the result of your labors with the earth.

As an agricultural crop, a food crop especially, we have the right to grow Cannabis

and regulate it according to medical science that proves correct. Other than food and

medicine there are far more industrial hemp resources Cannabis offers. A farmer

should have the right to build a home from the hemp he/she grows.

Common Law and Natural Law are based on private and public rights. Any farm

owner is within rights to keep his crops, and even the right to not harvest them. It is

only within the public realm of commerce would he make any profit though. This is

often taxed and regulated on the consumer end by governments.

Cannabis/Hemp is our right to grow if we choose so. It must not be hampered by

regulations that punish or limit the farmers’ rights or homeowners’ garden plots. It

must be treated as any other agricultural crop is. It certainly is not worthy of being a

controlled substance, and should be treated as less dangerous than alcohol.

It cannot be stressed enough that Cannabis must be used prolifically to ensure our

local green sustainability and to offset and sequester CO2--Cannabis is carbon

negative and carbon neutral, as well as when sequestered into industrial products it

will continue to eat the carbon around it for thousands of years.

Our research is showing that Cannabis must be used for food first, as it is essential

to our compromised immune system to detox using the high Omega Edestin Protein

seed oil and the CBD and other cannabinoids;

The Endocannabinoid system needs to be studied completely and the science from

that will help with Preventative Medicine as well as chronic conditions. This will help

our economy by keeping people healthier and healing them with non-toxic plants.

The main reasons Cannabis is the #1 Green sustainable, annually renewable

resource on the planet, are the diversity of resources it offers, that are just beginning

to be understood. It can provide, as hemp, thousands of industrial uses and

products. It is so prolific in growth and mass with woody core, oils, and strong fibers

that it can actually replace fossil fuels for our energy needs, and can build from nano

to skyscraper forms.

We will have to work with the various bio-regions in our states to balance the bio-

diversity in those regions and the implementation of Cannabis in its diverse forms.

OMMP regulations and M91 regulations for ‘medicinal’ ‘recreational’ ‘hemp’ etcetera

must adapt to the science of growing medicinal plants & hemp.

o Canopy coverage versus numbers of plants is crucial to growers’ legal rights,

indoors and out.

o Plants do not belong to the patients, it is absurd when considering the low

cost patients contribute to the growing and material and the high quality herb

they get. Most OMMP patients I know are getting below 100$/month ounces

for what would sell twice as much at dispensaries.

o Physician’s endorsement for OMMP Applications is far too expensive and

should be for 3 years rather than one—most of the allowed conditions are

considered ‘chronic’, meaning lifelong.

o OMMP Growers should not have to pay for testing fees at dispensaries they

support.

o OMMP must take some money from the fund to research medicinal

Cannabis.

o OMMP research on medicinal marijuana should be funded by recreational

marijuana funds.

o OMMP should be allowed research funds from the Agriculture Department

and OLCC for any medical science on Cannabis.

o M91 sets up an Industrial Hemp Department for research and implementation

of Hemp in Oregon.

o OMMP Growers must be paid for time, labor, and materials.

o Fresh raw juice of hi%CBD plants should be legal to grow, use, dispense,

and sell, all as a vegetable juice drink.

o OMMP patients should always be allowed to make tinctures, tonics, foods,

and materials out of the Cannabis they get.

o OMMP growers should designate a facility that would take the hemp that is

left from medicinal plants and use it industrially as hemp,

o M91 growers also must allow use of leftover plant stems from all Cannabis

growers, to be treated as hemp when the flowers and leaves are removed.

o The Agriculture Department of the State must create ongoing research into

hemp, and allow regulations to adjust as the science might deem from

research into 3D printing, nano technology, graphene, bio-char, bio-diesel,

hempcrete, etc,

o The state Agriculture Department will interface with OSU curriculums to

research and educate on all aspects of Cannabis/hemp resources and

implementation.

o ALL research on Cannabis should be funded by Recreational Marijuana

taxes.

o We must make the state government aware of the Agricultural Trust we are

giving them, and we should monitor their progress with some scrutiny as to

how well they are caretakers of our State citizens’ natural resources on all

regulations for agriculture and watershed lands in the state. We must hold

them accountable for their following through or not.

o Perhaps a citizens’ committee could handle the monitoring and publish

reports online.

o Education on the Endocannabinoid System & Hempseed protein should be

taught in Middle School thru College.

o Farmer-friendly regulations on Industrial Hemp, state subsidies and

cooperative equipment sharing would help the 9 bio-regions in our state on

growing, harvesting, manufacturing products, and storing Cannabis/Hemp.

o This is a time for us to all create the infrastructure for Oregon’s Green

Sustainability, and to do it in a way that it can be a model presented at the

2016 UN Meeting on Climate Change, Global Drug Laws, and Human

Rights.

BOTTOM LINE:

I witnessed the Public Interest Environmental Law Conference Key Speakers. Almost all of them are

calling for complete dismantling of fossil fuel codependences, and more actions and demonstrations

to make the point. They each had their own agendas too, but they stand united now on this ban on

Fossil Fuels for sure. The only thing I found lacking at all is WHY hasn’t the Climate Change

movement realized the part Cannabis/Hemp has to play in all this? What else could possibly

replace the Fossil Fuels, Deforestation, and Animal Meat—and clean up the carbon at the

same time?

It is the reality check of Cannabis research, to bring the science and proven facts out publically and

massively. Cannabis/Hemp CAN SAVE THE WORLD! AND WE CAN PROVE IT!
