WHAT IS THE ELIMINATORA ONE STEP SYSTEM

1. The Eliminator is a waterless soft wash spray system that controls and sprays an uncontrollable chemical reaction through accurately combining two chemistries at the point of application eliminating waste and providing continuously fresh accelerated and excited chemistry. This system greatly reduces the amount of labor normally required to clean surfaces of organic contamination and greatly reduces the time required to complete the job.

2. The Eliminator sprays chemistry that is a one step system for remediating and removing the dark spots on wood and other materials of construction without the need for any other chemical application to get it clean.

3. The application of Serum 1000 or Serum 1000 Accelerated and HEPA vacuuming will eliminate the necessity for an antimicrobial to get the surface clean. The surfaces treated with Serum 1000 or Serum 1000 Accelerated and properly HEPA vacuumed will be free of most all organics.

4. With the Serum System you should pass all surfaces test first time every time. Air quality testing will require additional steps and HEPA air scrubbing. (Consult the IICRC S-520 for guidance)

5. The Eliminator is a highly portable spray system that is controlled via radio remote control from a spray wand up to 150 away. The transmitter has a range of up to 900 feet, so its strong enough to communicate through walls.

6. The Eliminator has stair climber bars on the back to allow it to be easily maneuvered up and down stairs or in and out of trucks.

7. The Eliminator has a chemical tray at the bottom in front of the wheels that securely hold two five gallon pails of chemicals, Serum 1000 and Serum Accelerator.

8. The Eliminator has a third chemical pick up position and pick up tube for spraying any other water thin chemical that a contractor would like to spray at 0.44 gallons per minute @ 48 psi.

9. The Eliminator has all wetted metal parts as 316 stainless steel material and all plastic of materials that stand up to our chemistry.

10. The Eliminator pump is a 0.44 gallon per minute made by Pumptec, Inc.

11. The Eliminator has a closed loop chemical pick up for the Serum Accelerator to keep users from accessing the liquid and preventing cross connection of the chemical pick up tubes.

12. The Eliminator has an hour meter to aid contractors in logging time on the job.

13. The Eliminator is air cooled by a small forced air fan.

14. The Eliminator has a powder coated aluminum dolly with chemical resistant paint that’s heat cured.

15. The Eliminator is scalable from very small jobs to extremely large jobs to reduce the time and labor required to complete these jobs.

16. The Eliminator is designed and built for contractors not adapted.

You need to buy and wear boots with synthetic upper material. The uppers are more vulnerable because the Serum 1000 will lay on top and soak into the rubber or leather until destroyed. Once it penetrates the upper material, it will soak into the socks and onto the skin of your foot and toes.

The soles can be of organic or synthetic material. Rubber is OK because soles are thick enough to withstand the Serum 1000’s momentary contact. Leather soles would not be recommended.

BOOTS:

One of the more important pieces of equipment is the gloves. Without good heavy duty gloves that can enable your dexterity without tearing, you will be working harder instead of quicker and easier. These gloves are powder free latex gloves that have a long shank to help cover the coverall sleeves. This is import-ant because you do not want liquid running down the glove and under the sleeve onto your skin. Once you tape the interface of the sleeve and the glove, you will be well protected from liquid running down you glove when working above your head.

1. Pull the glove over the sleeve of the coverall.2. Tape the interface of the two materials.3. All run down will now go over the exterior of the coverall sleeve and not onto the skin.

The type of coverall you should use for applying Serum 1000 is a Dupont Tyvek QC or equivalent. This will provide the most protection for the applicators.

Unpack the coverall, unfold the coverall and find the zip-per. Unzip the zipper. Open the coverall suit to locate the leg holes.

Start by putting your right foot into the right leg of the coveralls first. Pull the leg cover up until your foot is all the way into the bootie. Now do the same for your left leg. Make sure your feet are all the way into each booty. Once you get both feet into the booties, pull the coverall up until the waist of the coverall is at your waist.

Now find the arm holes and insert each arm into the arm holes one at the time. Then pull the coveralls up and over your shoulders until the two front halves are togeth-er. Now zip the zipper up to the top under your chin.

Place the filters onto the face mask by lining up the slots on the face mask with the teeth on the filter. Press in and turn 1/4 turn to lock the filter to the mask.

Put the Respirator on top of your head with the straps behind your head and then pull the face mask down over your face until it covers your entire face.

Now pull the top strap ends toward the back of your head to tighten the top straps. Then do the same thingwith the side straps until the face mask is snug around your whole face.

Press the palms of each hand on the filters and breath in hard. If the respirator forms a good vacuum by pulling down towards your face, you have a good seal. If not, reposition the respirator and re-tighten the straps until a vacuum and good seal is obtained.

Now put on the latex gloves and pull the gloves over the sleeves of the coveralls. Tape the interface of the glove over the sleeve until a good tight seal is achieved.

If you get small tears in your suit, you can patch them with duct tape. If the tears get too large, you will need to put on a new suit.
