Procurement Efforts We have anetwork of partners in the East & theWest. We quickly re activated olderpartnership based on the Location.During China closure we counted onEurope. Reversed situation duringEurope closure, Opened newchannels with Indian suppliers. Nowwe procure from Chinea India &Europe equivalent products.Increased our inventory by 50%
Customer Services We have 4 largeclient centers with on going projects:DXB, AD, RYD & JED. Anticipatedtravel bans. Redeployed our seniorsupervisors & installation teams outof DXB into AD, RYD & JED prior toairport closures. During the lockdown we managed to service all ofour clients that are classified asEssential Services
