YCLC PROMOTING ACCESSIBLE LIFELONG LEARNING AND ACHIEVEMENT FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES

Justine and Michelle have been busy completing their

training to become fitness instructors and we are very

happy to announce that they will be running 3 new

classes in Term 1 2018.

Justine will be running an early morning Fast & Furious

class on a Tuesday to help cater for those who like to

get going before work. This will be similar in style to

Jaynes class, with bursts of High Intensity Cardio,

mixed in with short periods of strength exercises.

Justine will also be offering a Wednesday mid-morning

Strength workout. Perfect for just after School drop-off

or for those who don’t work on a Wednesday morning.

Michelle will be starting a Body Circuit class on a

Tuesday evening. This class will also be similar to

Jaynes F&F class, and will help tone that body back up

after the Christmas Break.

We look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

Classes at the Fitness Zone resume 22nd Jan 2018. If

you have any other suggestions, give us a call.
