IsocentricThe Dornier Compact Delta II’s isocentric design allows boththe shockwave and imaging systems to revolve around a single point. This ensures precise alignment of the targetingsystem and the shockwave focus at all times. As the x-rayand ultrasound imaging angles change, the scanning planeconstantly passes through the focal spot providing continuousvisibility of the stone. Dual Mode Imaging The Compact Delta II offers flexible imaging optionswhich can be used independently or in combination.

•Single mode imaging using either x-ray or Isocentric Ultrasound.

•Dual mode imaging using two imaging options.

X-rayExact positioning is obtained through the integratedisocentric therapy head and x-ray system. The c-armmoves along two projections while the central x-raybeam continues to pass through the center of the focal zone. Set-up is fast and reliable with theDornier Compact Delta II. Unlike systems with a separate c-arm, the operator need not be concernedwith misalignment.

The fully digital X-ray chain, developed by DornierMedTech, is a state-of-the-art imaging system. Thehigh frequency generator combined with the digitalcamera provides superior images.

UltrasoundThe Compact Delta II offers an additional dimension in targeting accuracy with Isocentric Ultrasound by allowing real-time monitoring of the disintegration process. The focal area can be continuously monitored to ensure precise stone targeting, which maximizes shockwave delivery and minimizes radiation dosage.

A Comprehensive SystemUIMS - Dornier's next generation of digital imaging, data management,and connectivity platform is available on all Dornier high-endlithotripters and urology tables. This system offers comprehensiveDICOM capabilities and images are displayed on LCD flat panel monitors.The system is easy to use and allows the operator to perform selectfunctions via the footswitch.

User-friendly DesignThe graphical user interface allows direct interactionwith all functions, including image and data management. The layout is designed to streamlinework-flow, is easy to use and requires minimal training.Patient data can be entered quickly and retrieved atany time using simple search functions. Easy Networking The Dornier Compact Delta II can be integratedinto the hospital or clinic network via theDICOM 3.0 interface. Comprehensive DICOMcapabilities are supported by the systemincluding DICOM Worklist.

Image Print & ArchivalStored images can be exported to both local or networked printers. A separate print preview feature is available to simplify theselection of the desired images. Imagearchival is also available in various formats.

Documentation The optional Advanced Patient DataManagement System automatically monitorsthe critical ESWL parameters during therapy. This facilitates easy documentationof patient treatments.

Table MovementThe Relax+ table has a variety of position options withthe 4 axes movement design. The table moves in X, Y, Zand trendelenberg. The isocentric and non-isocentrictable tilt feature allows the patient to be tilted withoutthe need of physician readjustment.

Multi-functionalThe fully motorized Relax+ table isideal for ESWL and endourologicalprocedures. Large travel rangescombined with the zero bladdercut-off design allows the display ofthe entire urinary tract.

Treatments can be performed oneither side of the table due to theunique design. The exchangeableradiolucent stretcher holds up to396 lbs (180kg) and is simple toreconfigure.
