We are a group of professional individuals with commitment and passion for

cleanliness with over 10 years of experience in domestic and residential

cleaning.

At My Treasure, the customer is king. Our service is our integrity and our

integrity is what we treasure. Our philosophy is that home is where the heart

is and a property is one of the most valuable investments one can make; hence

we don’t just clean it, we treasure it for you. Likewise, unlike other firms, we

quote & charge for the job and not the time spent.

We have a substantial pool of highly professional and trustworthy service

providers as we aim to cater for all your requirements and supply your needs.

Our current service portfolio ranges from basic two-room property to large

mansions. Our service providers are thorough and pay attention to detail,

giving as much attention to emptying bins as they do to restoring the sparkle

and glitter in the properties we service.


As part of our policy, every first job/appointment is always accompanied by

a member of the management team before subsequent appointments. We

even go above and beyond our Service Level Agreement and we only stop

at whatever makes the client satisfied. We don’t take on a job unless we can

assure the client will be 100% satisfied.

We cover all over London and we are committed to serving you better every

time with our professional, vetted, insured, hygienic, flexible, friendly and

Whether you're looking at cleaning your treasure fortnightly, weekly or often,

we'll find the perfect service provider to suit your availability, requirements &

budget. We’ll happily join forces to make your treasure precious with our

exceptional & high class cleaning service that separates us from the pack.

DEEP/ONE-OFF SPRING CLEAN

If all you just want is a deep house-clean or a one-off spring clean, we will

arrange our team to visit and assess your treasure. This excellent service has

been packaged for clients who need cleaning solutions occasionally to

refresh their homes and clean out clutter.

EMPTY PROPERTY CLEANING

We also work with many letting agents and private landlords. Whether the

property has just been vacated, newly bought, refurbished or to-let; our

clients are rest assured that their properties will be professionally cleaned to

an extremely high standard until the glitter and sparkle is restored.

JANITORIAL/ABSENTIA CLEANING

We have a wide variety of personalised service to match individual

requirements. Some of our clients find it difficult to fit ‘cleaning’ into their

busy work and social commitments, so they often take advantage of our

trustworthy and reliable key-job service to ensure that their treasures are

kept as precious as they desire.

POLICY

VETTING

Our service providers are thoroughly vetted before they are allowed to carry

out any service; this is part of our commitment to our clients’ security and

peace of mind. In all cases, our service providers are to present the client with

a form of identification whenever they are to call at a job. This is part of our

general security practice; however we do recommend that the client should

always check with the office if in any doubt.

INDEMNITY

In order to ensure our clients’ peace of mind, service providers supplied by us

for your service have appropriate indemnity cover. We require that they have

an insurance policy (PLI) against any unforeseen accident at work before we

take them on.

PLEASE NOTE

We have newly introduced our Empty Property Cleaning as an alternative

to End of Tenancy Cleaning.

Payment options are guaranteed cheques, cash payment, bank transfer or

preferably PayPal.

Please inform us of cancellation 24 hours before the commencement of any

job. Failure to do so by clients will regrettably incur 50% of the full job

charges to cover admin and service provider’s cost.

Permission has been granted by respective client whose property has

featured and pictures adopted for use in this brochure.
