    The Disadvantage of Religion

If the goal of God is that man, each one, will

ultimately learn and come to love Him above all,

and his neighbor as himself, then, upon quick

    scrutiny, religion has failed.

All we have to do is a simple test: Do in our heartwe really love God above all, so that, in every

situation, when we are pressed to make choices, we

chose Him or chose His will than the pull of our base

    desires?

Is He the most important and most beloved person

in our heart or our wife, or women or in the case of

the women, their men or their fashions or

    themselves?

It often follows that God is in reality a second,,, far

second in our love as well as in our time and

    thought allotment.

In this case, religion has not succeeded to help us...

as a matter of fact, it is content that it is able to

control us and thus cause us to support its churches

    and priests/ministers.

When someone of us wanted to be independent

and personally take charge of his first tithe and no

longer give such tithe to the church but directly to

the poor, the priests and ministers do not allow it,

but tell the congregation that it is not the system,

even threatened the infidel with ex-communication

(the old term) or disfellowshipment (modern

    name).

So, the churches are not going to set free the

people, but continue to control them, and under

this control, actually have them become immature, and severely stunted in their Christian growth.

If a Christian is still in need of his/her church, for

example, to dispense or manage his/her tithe, then,

to me, that is a gross evidence of undependability,

immaturity, and the likes. The Christian is not still

able to serve or support his fellowman without the

skillful management of his spiritual mother, the

church. He does not yet know how to help directly

his fellowmen without the need of his mothers

intervention. Or so that is the image being depicted.

In my understanding, religion or church, to be true,

must act like a good and wise parent, to wit: guide

and train the child to become fully independent. Inthis case, applying the principle to the church, the

church must train each member to be able to stand

on his own able to disburse his own tithes, without

anymore giving the tithes to the church but directly

to the poor beneficiaries, not only to prevent abuse

of priests and ministers of the tithes, but also to bea stand alone Christian, able to help others without

depending on any church. That is to me the sign of

maturity, which the churches are not allowing to

happen. Instead, each church is acting as a

DETENTION CENTER, where every member isdetained and prevented from becoming free and

    independent.
