INTRODUCTION

• A Dill Pickle is a story about two characters, Vera and an unnamed man, that see each other for the first tim

after breaking up. The two characters run into each other at a restaraunt and share lunch together. The man

down together and begin to remenisce about the times they've shared with one another. Throughout their tim

the restaurant, the man goes on and on about himself telling many stories. He tries to portrait himself as a s

rich man, but often comes off as cheap. Throughout the stories the man tells, Vera is very conflicted with h

one moment she is very turned on by the man, and the beast in her busom is purring away, when all of a sud

will do something that will turn her off. She is very conflicted with the way she feels and has a "should I sta

go" mind set throughout her time with the man. Finally, however, the man insults her for the last time when

that she is wrapped up in herself, and Vera gets up and walks away.
