HOW READY ARE YOU?
It is essential for organisations to be ready before engaging with technology. This is important for shaping the market, realising benefits, achieving outcomes and ensuring sustainability.

Digital Health & Care
“An apocryphal (but probably not wildly out) statistic suggests that 80% of technology-supported change projects in health and social care fail. We all know that’s because they’re complex. It’s time to unpack what that complexity is all about – because failed technology projects are costly, wasteful and potentially harmful at both human and system level.”
Professor Trish Greenhalgh (University of Oxford)

Outcome-based Standards
The outcome is ultimately what is to be achieved. If services were assessed, the outcome is what is looked at. Having an outcome focus, gives providers more flexibility to meet the standard and it encourages innovation.

Strategic Planning and Preliminary Considerations

throughout the accreditation cycle, supporting continuous system improvement in
the provision of high quality, safe and effective services for our service users. The (6)
North West London CCGs have benefitted from the experts in the team who have
supported us to commission services that deliver improved and sustainable
outcomes. We would recommend CECOPS for all commissioners of assisted
