In-house manufacture & installation team: Weutilize our workshop wherever possible and canfabricate large and complicated bespokeelements in-house using the latest CADCAM andCNC technology.

Reserve capacity and storage: In addition toour 20,000 sq ft head office and workshop facilitywe have additional assembly and storage spaceavailable in neighbouring units.

In-house design & value engineering: We havea highly skilled design team who can offer eithera design development or a full concept designservice according to the needs of our clients.

Additionally we can provide 3d visualizations(both still images and walk-through movies) forour clients based on their architectural concepts.

03. Bespoke Joinery

Our flexible manufacturing base offers bespokejoinery services to all our projects. With an in-house component manufacture workshopspanning some 20,000 sq ft and further reservecapacity and assembly space in neighbouringunits Deluxe can typically provide bespokejoinery packages from £100k to £5m.

We continually strive to increase our capabilitiesand competitiveness in all areas of our operation.Our facilities and equipment are reviewedannually to ensure that we utilize the latestjoinery technology to continuously improve theefficiency and quality of workmanship we offer toour client base.

For more technical joinery components we canutilize our 5-axis CNC Processing Centre. Thisprovides full 3d sculpting and routering directfrom CAD drawings using CADCAM (Computer Aided Design &Manufacture) technology. This ensures absolutedimensional accuracy for complicatedcomponents, minimizing panel gaps andtolerance requirements while reducing waste.

As well as using our technical equipment ourversatile joiners are skilled in providing bespokeworks by hand where required.

04. Specialist Solid Surfacing

The Deluxe Group are approved fabricators of LGHi-Macs Solid Surfacing.

We have the full suite of specialist equipment toprovide complex solid surfacing for a diverserange of applications including kitchens,bathrooms, reception desks, and featureinstallations.

Solid Surfacing materials such as LG Hi-Macs,Corian, Staron and Hanex offer exceptionaldesign opportunities. The materials are availablein a huge range of colours and stone effects andoffer a strong, hardwearing and hygienic finish.

With our specialist thermoforming oven and highpressure vacuum press we can mould the resinsubstrate to suit the clients requirements withalmost limitless 3 dimensional mouldability to suita full range of applications.

05. Fit-out

The Deluxe Group have extensive experience ofproviding the fit-out of high quality hospitality,leisure, retail and residential developments.

Our project managers will oversee the processfrom development of the concept, throughprocurement, manufacture and the installation ofworks on site to completion and handover to theclient.

Our design team will work closely with the clientand his design team to prepare designdevelopment drawings which will co-ordinate allthe key trades and the building fabric.

With a co-ordinated team offering projectmanagement, design development as well as themanufacture of bespoke joinery and solidsurfacing The Deluxe Group can provide the mainfit-out services in-house.

For functions not provided in-house, such asmetalwork and M&E services, Deluxe have a wellestablished Supply Chain, regularly vetted toguarantee competitiveness and quality.

06. Design Development

Effective design development is the key to thesuccessful delivery of the project as a whole.

Our Design Department offer a range of servicestuned to the needs of our clients and can takeseveral forms:

Design Development & Fit-out: Where a clienthas appointed an architect or interior designer toprovide a concept interior design The DeluxeGroup can work alongside the designer and theclient to provide the detailed design developmentROD drawings for the scheme, ensuring co-ordination with other trades, buildability andvalue engineering.

Concept Design & Fit-out: Given an existingspace, a budget guideline and an outline of theclient’s needs The Deluxe Group can provide afull concept design with a costed bill of quantitieson a fixed price basis.

3d Modelling & Visualisations: The DeluxeGroup can provide a full 3d model of the client’sproject quickly and cost-effectively. This mayinclude:

- Rendered 3d still images- 3d walkthrough movies- 3d space modeling: where the client can

move around within the image seeing theproject from different perspectives in realtime

Value Engineering: Our design team have theexperience to fully understand the needs of theclient and their designers in terms of aestheticsand functionality. The Deluxe Group have over 40 years ofexperience in the world of creative art sculpture,props and paint effects in all areas of theentertainment, leisure and hospitality industries.

Working on both single unit projects and roll-outsin many diverse locations has allowed us to finetune our logistics strategy to ensure that all ourmanufactured elements are dispatched from our

workshop in time to meet the needs of our siteteams – wherever that site may be.

For larger projects and roll-outs, wheremanufacture may need to take place well aheadof installation and time on-site may be limited, wecan utilize our additional warehouse capacity tostore materials and completed joinery until calledoff by our site teams.
