The DHS Monthly Lunch for December was on the 16th

. Kathy Granger invited The DHS 1970

Monthly Lunchers into her home for a Christmas gathering. Her home was beautiful and

hospitality flowed like a fountain. The following photos will illustrate that a good time was had

by all. For those of you who were not able to attend, you were missed!

Kathy’s home was beautifully decorated for

Christmas. The following photos you’ll see are the

gorgeous decorations.

Here you can see the spread of food. She had a pot of Taco

Soup, a pot of Oodles of Noodles Soup, Chicken Salad,

Croissants, Cornbread Muffins, Salsa, Bean Dip, Hummus,

Cheese Ball, various chips & crackers, a wonderful Coffee Ice

Cream Punch and other beverages, including Poinsettias (made

from champagne & cranberry juice, provided by Lois

Robinson) A dessert was provided by Linda Hollis that should

be outlawed it was so yummy! Everything was simply

delicious!

We now return to the decorations photos. Her backyard

was any child’s dream yard at Christmas.

Everywhere you looked, it was truly Christmas!

From the moment you drove up to the house, got out of the car and to the front door, Christmas

abounded.

As people arrived, the eating & visiting began!
