2015-2016 In Memorium

The founder was Ora (Sonny) Evans, and it all began around the year 1976 when the first building

was built. That is where Toomey Tools and Momme and Me are located now. The second building

was built in 1979 and was the building that burnt down in November 2012. The first mini ware-

house was built in 1979 and the additions were added in 1982. The third commercial building was

started in May 1978 and finished in March 1979. In 1984 Evans Storage complex was built along

with the two mini warehouses in front. We also have a few commercial buildings located in the city

Belleview that were added in 1982 .We have been in business for 38 years. Since Sonny Evans

passed away in 2008 he left my mother and I the legacy of the Evans businesses. It has been very

tough without him but I think he would be very proud of both of us.

We have commercial and warehouse units for rent from sizes of 6 X 10’s to 3000 sq. ft.
