Relationship Visioning Session - Module 1: Session goals:

- Awareness of how you’ve been allowing external factors to influence what you need in a relationship

- Better awareness of your needs in a relationship - How to start attracting the right person to you

Permission Statement: I give myself permission to have the relationship I desire and deserve. I allow myself to be present and find amusement when I worry, compare or judge. I'm open to meeting amazing men who are perfect for me, and me for them. Why is it so easy to attract the right men for me and repel the wrong ones? I allow myself to become the person to attract the person my soul desires. And so it is... Write 10-15 things you should do more of, less of, or stop doing. {Example: I should eat better, I should go to the gym more, I should try online dating, etc.}

Radical Self-Care For The Busy Woman - Module 2:

Session goals:

- Identify the areas of your life that are most important for your health, happiness, and well-being

- Figure out where your energy leaks are + plug them up - Develop a self care routine that works for you + your schedule

Permission Statement: I give myself permission to create an amazing + radical self care routine. I allow myself to take the time + effort to serve my highest self, and to stay present even if I feel like I’m indulging. I'm open to an amazing self care routine, without guilt. Why is it so easy to treat myself the way I wanted to be treated? I allow myself to become the person to attract the person my soul desires. And so it is... My Sacred 7:

Date Yourself Week 1

Welcome to the first Date Yourself Week! During this week, here is what you can work on:

- Review any missed modules. - Relisten to modules to go a bit deeper. - Start implementing! - If you are a VIP Bootcamper, this is when you’ll have your 45-minute 1x1

session with me. Exercise 1: The Rubber Band Exercise Wear a rubber band around 1 wrist. Every time you catch yourself saying “I should…” switch the rubber band to the other wrist, and say to yourself, “If I really wanted to, I could…” You are literally training your brain to have a new thought pattern. After doing this for a few weeks, you’ll notice that you start saying to yourself, “If I really wanted to, I could…” without even thinking about it! Exercise 2: Put your desired feelings + values where you can see them When you’re searching online dating profiles or coming home from a date, let those feelings, desires, and values you laid out be the metric of continuing, or not continuing, the relationship you’re in. Instead of focusing on the specifics of the guy, determine how he makes you feel, and go from there.

Exercise 3: Begin implementing your Self-Care Calendar This week, start implementing yourself Self-Care Calendar. If fitting in all 7 areas is too much, start with 1 area. Then add another sacred area every couple of weeks until you’re able to schedule in time for all 7. Use your Desired Feelings Cards. How can you embody each feeling, desire, and value in 5 minutes or less a day? Exercise 4: Craft + use your own Permission Statement Using the Permission Statements I gave you as a template in modules 1 + 2, craft your own to meet your needs + areas you want to work on. Hang it on your mirror, refrigerator, or office space {or all 3!} + start saying it outloud every day. Feel free to share your Permission Statement in the Facebook group to get feedback + support!
