About The Dark Earth Manga The Dark Earth is Raythe Reign’s high fantasy yaoi manga series. It’s based on a serial trilogy that is currently part of the lineup for Raythe Reign’s serial subscription (more on that farther down.) We are unable to sell certain volumes of The Dark Earth through third-party sites such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. This is because these retailers' Terms of Service prohibit explicit or graphic digital content. If you’ve seen hard-core yaoi on third-party retailers in print, it is because the TOS for print is actually different from the TOS for digital versions. We, too, will (try to) offer all volumes of The Dark Earth, including our sexy side story, in print on Amazon. But to get the full digital catalog of the manga volumes, you need to go through our own web shop at: http://shop.raythereign.com/shop/ Our online shop is where you will see the complete collection of The Dark Earth volumes, including the sexy side story, “Dream,” featuring Asher and Aidan in a more intimate setting. The romantic relationship progresses in the main storyline, and we refuse to compromise our content. This would not be giving our readers the full range and depth of story that The Dark Earth encompasses. But as a result, we can only sell these volumes ourselves. Side-Loading Onto E-Readers You will have to “side-load” volumes purchased from our shop onto your e-reader. Instructions for this are on our Help page here: http://shop.raythereign.com/help/ If you buy manga volumes directly from us, consider buying PDFs instead of ePub or Mobi. PDFs are much higher in quality because they do not have to be compressed for third-party retailers’ file size requirements. The depth and detail of our own issued PDFs gives you the best possible artwork. PDFs can also be side-loaded onto most e-readers, and they can also be viewed on any modern computer.
