Noynoy pronounced the other day that he is against making Janet Lim-Napoles a state witness, because she is the most guilty, as she is in the center of the scam.

In essence, what Noynoy is also doing is clearing his Budget secretary, Butch Abad, whom Napoles practically points to as the brains scam, having tutored her from the start, as

claimed in her affidavit.

To be clear: This is not to state the truth or the lies in what Napoles states in her affidavit on Abad. This is to state that, despite her having implicated Abad and his alleged deep

involvement in the pork scam, Noynoy again pronounced the innocence of Abad, while pronouncing the guilt of Napoles, which goes against the constitutional dictum of having

the courts decide the guilt or innocence of a person. In much the same manner, Noynoy has virtually pronounced the three opposition senators as guilty and has indicated heavily

that he wants them charged, arrested and jailed, virtually proouncing them guilty.

But why is he, who belongs to the Executive department, and is head of it, coming out with pronouncements when this is not within his province, as he should have nothing to do

with either the Ombudsman or the anti-graft court? And as president, with such pronouncements, he is already sending a very strong message to both the Ombudsman and the

Sandiganbayan how he wants the pork scam barrel resolved.

But even as Noynoy trashes the Napoles lists, he even had the gumption to state that he still needs the affidavits of Napoles, even if the contents are lies and truths, explaining that

the lies can be proved as lies, while the truth of some of her statements can be used.

What a twisted and vindictive mind Noynoy has, but what he really means by stating that the truth can be sieved from her lies, is that the affidavits of Janet that point to the

opposition legislators are to be taken as truth, while those names of his allies implicated by Napoles in the pork scam are outright lies.

The allies therefore will not be charged or arrested, but the opposition lawmakers will.

This is no different from the scheme he and his Palace aides and the Liberal Party allies hatched, in connivance with the state chief auditor, Grace Pulido-Tan, where the special

allotment release orders, or SAROs of the allies were hardly edited, but where the opposition legislators were audited 100 percent.

In similar fashion, despite Ombudsman Conchita Morales having the Luy digital files in her possession as early as a year ago, she never bothered to include those names of the

allies in the digital files, together with the indictment of the three opposition leaders in the Senate.

In the same manner, Justice chief Leila de Lima had the digital files from Benhur Luy, and even the so-called handwritten notebooks of the transactions and their amounts as well

as the Commission on Audit report, yet all that time, during the yellow ribbon panel hearings, all she and her coached whistle-blowers focused only the three opposition leaders.

Isnt that proof enough that the moves of Leila, Tan and Morales, acting on the orders of Noynoy, prove the vindictive and persecutorial plan against the three opposition leaders, to get them out of the electoral scene before the 2016 presidential polls? And now Noynoy and his cover-up team quickly point to a destabilization drive and the destruction of all?

The fact that Noynoy refuses to even have his allies, especially Abad, Proceso Alcala and Joel Villaneuva investigated at all, and refuses to fire them while trashing the Napoles

list, is also clear proof that he continues to protect his loyal allies, to the point of claiming that he still needs the Napoles affidavits but to be used selectively through his Justice

puppet, Leila with him as the judge and jury on what are the lies, and the truth of her affidavits.

Noynoy appears to believe that the Filipino people still buy whatever he says, but he and allies, whether from the Palace or from the legislature have become delusional, because

the public anger is real, and not just against the three opposition senators, but at Noynoy and his allies, for covering up the truth, and whitewashing the pork barrel scam where his

allies are implicated.

Not even his manipulated yellow surveys are believed by the public. Their manipulated surveys making him appear still popular are just not credible.

And neither is Noynoy credible, especially when he talks about his daang matuwid.
