European internet (from Turkey) to Baku and upper to Russia.

Russia also plans using this cable for connecting to Iran

Black See Fiber Cable System

(POTI-VARNA) This system is only system which

connects Region to the west without “loop to Russia”

The cable contains 4 SM fibers and can be used as a multiply wavelength (up to 96) spectrum. At moment they use only 2 – one for 10Gb TCP/IP link and another for voice.
