Fees Information
I did my degree at a foreign University, am I eligible
for application
Foreign Accounting Degree holders will be assessed on a case by case
basis. We normally look at the courses that you did in your final year to
assess whether the degree is eligible
Does CAA help me to get a place to do my articles CAA has a placement program with ICAZ accredited training offices
whereby they come and do recruitment from CAA. Whilst we cannot
guarantee you a place, you have a better chance of getting articles if you
do CTA with us. 90% of our past successful CTA students have secured
places for articles within 6 months
If I become a CA(Z), is my qualification recognized
outside Zimbabwe
ICAZ has Mutual Recognition Agreements with many countries, eg SAI-
CA,ICAEW, CICA , that allows CA(Z) to be recognized the world over.
Over 50% of ICAZ members are practicing outside Zimbabwe as testa-
ment to the acceptability of the qualification outside Zimbabwe.
Can I do the CTA courses one at a time In order to be admitted into ITC, you should have passed all the four
modules in one sitting. Passing in more that one sitting will still give you
credit for passing CTA but you will not be eligible to write ITC.
Which other Academic Institutions in Zimbabwe are
offering CTA
In Zimbabwe, only CAA offers CTA in collaboration with Wits University
and ICAZ. Students have options to do their CTA in South Africa but will
need to write Tax Examination to be eligible for Zimbabwe ITC
Where can I do my articles ICAZ has over 50 companies and firms registered as training offices, ac-
cess the list on this link https://www.icaz.org.zw/imisdocs/
