Currently in his fourth term, Representative Hudson serves as Chairman of the Agriculture Policy Group under the Republican Policy Committee, and is a member of the House Energy & Commerce Committee and the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus. He is also a Congressional Award National Board Member. The Congressman has established homself as a leader that can work across the aisle to find solutions.

Now in her third term, Dr. Alma Adams was originally sworn in as the 100th woman elected to the 113th Congress. Rep. Adams sits on the following House Committees: Education and Labor, Financial Services, and Agriculture (Vice-Chair). The Congresswoman is Chair of the Higher Education and Labor subcommittee on Workforce Protections and is also the founder of the first-ever Congressional Bipartisan HBCU Caucus.

The Congressional Award is the United States Congress’ only charity and the highest honor bestowed upon young Americans. The program is open to all young people ages 13 1/2 to 23. Participants earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold Certificates and Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals. Each level involves setting goals in four program areas: Voluntary Public Service, Personal Development, Physical Fitness, and Expedition/Exploration.
