Friday preceding your event.Please note: if the event information is not received by 5:00 p.m. the Friday preceding the week of yourevent, it may not be able to be included.
2. Please include all of the following informationA description of the event, including who is hosting the eventDate and time of the eventLocation of the eventGuest speaker, including his/her department and university and his/her official title
(For example, please send "Dr. John Smith" not only "John Smith")A high-resolution photo of the guest speaker
3. Any additional information you would like to be included on the A&S calendar and events email: graphic orposter for the event, registration links, etc.

How to Submit an Event to the MSU Calendar1. Visit http://www.msstate.edu/events2. Click on "Submit Event" on the right side of the screen.3. Log in using your NetID and NetPassword4. Enter all of the requested information.
