Why was the Coalition For Change, Inc.
(C4C) formed?
1.) To provide spiritual & informational support for African Americans who face or who have faced:
• debilitating stress & • economical hardship
because of federal workplace discrimination & retaliation.
2.) To address race discrimination & retaliation ingovernment that impairs the efficiency, safety & quality of public goods/ services.

C4C serves to . . .
elected officials & the administration of deficiencies that hamper workplace equity & suggest corrective action.
federal employees about their civil rights & redress when facing employment discrimination in the workplace.
the public about discriminatory practices in the
21st century
that undermine our homeland
security.
federal agencies & “officials” who break civil rights / whistleblower protection laws.
with civil rights & whistleblower groups to better secure U.S. citizens from internal workplace threats.
actions to foster equality & fairness in federal government.
(i.e. advocating for mandatory discipline for proven civil rights violations.)
