exit Strategy developer option Investor optionThe investor is free to sell the property they have acquired

at any time. As an additional safeguard for both parties,

both the Investor and the Developer will commit to

“Option Agreements”.

Between years 5 & 7 from completion, the Developer has

the option to buy back the Property, at a price which is

fixed at 120% of the original buy price. The Investor also

has the Option to require the Developer to buy back the

Property.

• This exit is based on the resale of the entire building to an institutional or corporate investor.

• Institutional investors typically buy an asset with a proven track record.

• The developer has a call option written into the purchase contract permitting them to buy back the studio with a minimum uplift of 20% on the purchase price.

• This developer option can be executed between the 5th & 7th anniversary from completion.

• This investor option can be executed between the 5th & 7th anniversary from completion.
