The Story of PastaO Popular legend has it that Marco Polo

introduced pasta to Italy following his exploration of the Far Easy in the late 13th century. The Chinese were making a noodle-like food as early as 3000 B.C. After a good amount of Italians have tried pasta, it got back to the “New World”. There are still many arguments of if it’s Italy’s pasta, or China’s, but research shows that China was the first to have pasta.
