Listening Comprehension- The Cow-Tail Switch
As I read this part of the story, I could tell that Anansi and Anene had distinct traits. Anansi was very lazy and thought he was very smart. But Anene was the one who was very wise. He managed to trick anasi into doing the work many times. These distinct traits are another characteristic of folktales. Also the repetition of Anene’s tricks is another characteristic of folktales.
