Smart Manager 3.Xspecifically developed to fully exploit the potential of the latest generation of linear motors while maintaining full compatibility with any other Cutlite Penta’s product. The new generation of software includes many innovations put in recent years in the laser cutting technology (Fast Piercing, Fast Cutting in large thicknesses etc. ). The interface improves the already impressive simplicity and directness of operations in the daily use, so even helping the most complex cutting scenarios. The new software is now even more intuitive and easy to manage.Among the characteristics of every CNC (Computer Numerical Control) dedicated to the laser cutting process, the Smart Manager Control offers a variety of improvements and revolutionary solutions, always aimed towards simplifying and speeding up the task of the operator. Smart Manager 3.X è stato specificatamente sviluppato per sfruttare totalmente le potenzialità dei motori lineari di ultima generazione, pur mantenendo la totale compatibilità con ogni altro prodotto Cutlite Penta. La nuova generazione di software include le numerose innovazioni introdotte negli anni recenti nella tecnologia del taglio laser (Fast Piercing, Fast Cutting nei grossi spessori ecc.). L’interfaccia migliora la già notevole semplicità ed immediatezza delle operazioni nell’utilizzo giornaliero, facilitando inoltre anche i più complessi scenari di taglio. Il nuovo software è quindi adesso ancor più intuivo e facile nella gestione. Tra le caratteristiche peculiari di ogni CNC (Computer Numerical Control) dedicato al processo di taglio laser, lo Smart Manager Control offre una varietà di soluzioni migliorative e rivoluzionarie sempre e comunque volte verso la semplificazione e la velocizzazione del compito dell’operatore. La movimentazione a motori lineari permette dinamiche elevatissime (< 2,5 G) consentendo quindi grande produttività anche su geometrie estremamente complesse.

Prestazioni elevatissime, grande rigidità strutturale ed elevata efficienza si uniscono nei sistemi PLUS-LM.

Per applicazioni specifiche si possono anche istallare sorgenti Laser in fibra IPG da 1000 e 2000W.

LT 1513 Il sistema LT 1513 (area di lavoro 1500x1250 mm) si propone come l’ entry-level della gamma di produzione Cutlite Penta.Estremamente compatto questo sistema di taglio laser è stato pensato e realizzato mirando ad un eccellente rapporto prezzo/prestazioni unito a grande affidabilità.Questo nuovo sistema si propone quindi di rispondere alle esigenze delle piccole aziende vogliose di crescere, come alle grandi aziende che decidono di investire in un sistema dedicato per la preparazione di campionature e piccoli lotti favorendo grandissima flessibilità e velocità di risposta alle esigenze di mercato.La configurazione progettuale prevede il banco di lavoro fisso ed una catena ottica pressurizzata e protetta da soffietti. La catena ottica può integrare anche un sistema di depolarizzazione del fascio.La dinamica di questo sistema è di ottimo livello permettendo ottime prestazioni di taglio anche di geometrie complesse.La movimentazione prevede viti a ricircolo di sfere poiché sistemi alternativi quali cinghie e similari non possono essere ritenute utilizzabili in reali sistemi industriali.I laser installabili sono i nuovi CO

2 RF333, RF555, RF777 (350W, 550W, 750W). Inoltre è possibile

integrare anche una sorgente laser fibra ad alta brillanza IPG da 450W continui. La testa di focalizzazione con sensore capacitivo permette l’ utilizzo di lenti di focalizzazione da 5” o 7.5” con le sorgenti laser CO

2 e da 125mm o 200mm con sorgenti laser fibra.

The LT 1513 (working area 1500x1250 mm) is proposed as the entry-level system of the CUTLITE Penta’s products range .Extremely compact this laser cutting system has been designed and implemented aiming at an excellent price/performance relation and at high reliability.This new system is intended to meet the requirements of small companies which are eager to grow, as well as of large enterprises that plan to invest in a system dedicated to sample making and production of small lots , by encouraging high flexibility and quick response to market needs.Its design provides a fixed working table and a pressurized beam path protected by bellows. The beam path can also integrate a beam depolarization device.The dynamics of this system is excellent, allowing very good cutting performance also for complex geometries.The motion is realized by ball screws, since alternatives, such as belts and similar devices, can’t be considered for use in real industrial systems.The system can integrate the new CO2 Laser RF333, RF555, RF777 (350W, 550W, 750W). Furthermore you can also integrate an high brilliance IPG fiber laser, with 450W continuous power. The focusing head with a capacitive sensor allows to use 5” or 7.5” focusing lenses with CO2 laser sources and 125mm or 200mm focusing lenses with fiber lasers. LT 1513 RF777
